Bible Passages

Genesis 12: 13 to 20 --> Abram and Sarai went to Egypt. Sarai was of beautiful countenance. She was taken to the Pharaoh's house. God plagued Pharaoh and his household with great plagues for the sake of Sarai.
Genesis 20: 1 to 7 --> Abimelech the king Gerar, saw Sarah and took her to his house. In a dream God warned Abimelech saying 'Restore the man's wife for he is a prophet...'.
David was anointed as the king of Israel in stead of Saul who disobeyed God. Many times Saul tried to kill David but each time God protected David from all his foes. David's reign over Israel was a peaceful one.
In these instances we see that God protected His anointed and also His prophet.
Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
