Matthew 5:48(KJV) - Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Summary:
We are heading towards heavenly journey which requires perfection in all sphere of Life. Is it possible to live a holy Life in this world ?, What our Lord expects from us is briefed through Matthew Gospel 5:44.
Psalm 48:2(KJV) - Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
We should wish to be with God always and be perfect in day to day things to go to Zion.
Matthew 5:48(KJV): But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
What will we get for being Perfect in the World ? Blessing from Lord in this world and we can be with him in eternal.
Revelation 3:21 KJV: To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
