This is a thank you note by Paul to the saints of Jesus Christ in Philippi.
Philippians 3: 17 - 21
Many people followed the apostles. Some were deceived fashioning themselves according to the worldly standards and had a miserable end. But those who followed apostles fashioned themselves according to the Godly standards. And they had a glorious hope that one day their vile body will be transformed into a glorious body.
Philippians 4: 1 - 6
  • Stand fast in the Lord.
    1. Stand fast in the love.
    2. Stand fast in the faith.
    3. Stand fast in the doctrine of God.
    4. Stand fast in the liberty given to you by God.
  • Be of same mind in the Lord.
Euodias and Syntyche was helpful in the ministry. But had difference of opinions between themselves. So, Paul beseeched Epaphroditus to exhort them to be of same mind.
  • Rejoice in the Lord always.
Whatever may be the problems in this world, it can never take the joy given to us by God. So never be troubled.
  • Be anxious for nothing.
Make all your petitions to God by prayer and supplications. He will take care of you.
